Petra Elliott

Petra qualified from BSS-Do (London) in 2000 and has since become a full-time Shiatsu practitioner and teacher.

Since 2005 she has specialised in a style of shiatsu called Shin Tai and her teacher is Saul Goodman with whom she continues to train.   She taught for the BSS in Essex for a number of years before moving to the North West in 2010 where she now helps to run a full-time traditional Aikido and spiritual centre with her partner, Shihan Terry Ezra.  The centre is the Komyokan Dojo and is based on the Wirral.

Petra is also a CranioSacral therapist, a Louise Hay “Heal Your Life®” workshop leader and she holds a 2nd Dan Aikido.   She ran her own Aikido dojo for 10 years before moving to the North West.   As a bodyworker, her belief is that much physical pain has an underlying emotional base.  Consequently, the approach to treating is now rooted in the core energetics of the body (GV/CV), the cranio sacral system and working with metaphysical and the mind.
