Yoga Self-Practice

Early morning individual practice sessions
With Oz Osmaston

Open to students who already have or are interested in developing a personal yoga practice, or who have particular issues they wish to address, from any school of yoga.

In the initial session I will observe your existing practice, talk with you about what you want to achieve, and structure a sequence for you to practise for 8 weeks (or more) afterwards. You will need to bring a notebook for writing down the sequence and or phone/iPad for recording if you wish.

In the subsequent practice sessions you practise what I have given you, can ask for assistance and ask questions about what is happening and give and receive feedback on your progress. You will need to be committed to practising at home as well as at the practice sessions.

Tuesday and Thursday 7.30am – 9am

Initial session £12, price per session thereafter to practise £5: Concessions initial session £5, free to practise for 8 weeks thereafter.
