You could call it the end or the start of your week. Either way its a weekly acro fix. Bringing people together to play of two hours.
AcroYoga is an opportunity to explore connection, physical communication, the giving and receiving of body weight, delve into the qualities of trust, clear communication and youthful play. It’s an open level class, open to complete beginners to intermediate and advanced. We may work on static balances to dynamic washing machines and sequences.

This class is one of the longest running AcroYoga classes in London.

Also, after class there is normally a group of people who will head to the local Japanese restaurant for post class supper; a perfect way to end or start your week.

Taught by an experienced teacher Jaqui Wan

Jaqui will get you in touch with your body with a yoga warm up sequence and possibly expand with partner stretches or conditioning, get you to discover your healing hands and feet through flying therapeutics or which is often more the case, find your acrobatic bodies with handstands and acrobatic flying sequences; all is possible.

An open class for everyone regardless of your experience.

AcroYoga is a playful practice that brings people together to share the hybrid practice of yoga, partner acrobatics and healing arts.
